Hispanic Initiatie

Hispanic Under-Representation in Autism A Grant Funded Initiative of FAU CARD

Research indicates that Hispanics are 60% under-represented in autism spectrum disorder. Hispanic children are being under-identified, misidentified, and faced with delays in identification of ASD. Without proper identification, parents and families will not receive the support and training needed to help their children. Children will not have access to evidence-based interventions that would help them to progress socially and academically.

How You Can Help:

  2. Schedule a presentation
  3. Our staff can train your group

We would love to present our initiative to schools, private organizations, faith-based organizations, community agencies, schools and/or special interest groups.
